Some jobs offer bonuses on top of the base pay — a way to reward consistent, high-quality work.

How bonuses generally work

When a job has bonuses enabled, you can earn a reward for hitting a milestone — for example, a fixed reward for every certain number of approved hours recorded, up to a cap. The specifics are set per job:
  • The reward amount per milestone.
  • A maximum number of rewards per recorder.
  • A time window during which the bonus is active.
  • How much approved work each reward takes (e.g. per X hours).
When you qualify, the bonus shows up as a bonus-type earning and is paid out like any other earning.

How to know if a job has a bonus

When a job has a bonus enabled, the terms and your progress toward the next reward are shown on your dashboard (in the per-job earnings breakdown). Bonuses only count approved work, and only work approved within the bonus’s active window.
