Your friend signs up
Your friend creates an account via the referral link, joins a project, and starts recording.

They submit approved work
Once your friend records 1 hour or more of approved submissions, your referral qualifies.

Verify to unlock payout
Before the referral bonus can pay out, your friend needs to complete identity verification. This happens after their work is approved.

You get paid
You earn a referral bonus equal to 2x your friend’s hourly rate on that submission. It shows up in your dashboard as a bonus-type earning and pays out on the next payout cycle.
How the bonus is calculated
Your bonus is always 2x the hourly rate of the approved work your friend submits. For fixed-price jobs, the hourly rate is derived from the task’s rate. Example 1: hourly job- You invite a friend to an ego project that pays $20 per hour.
- Your friend records an hour of ego videos that are approved by admins.
- You earn $40.
- You invite a friend who is an Expert for a CUA task with a fixed price of $100 per task.
- Your friend records an hour or more of video/files and the submission is approved.
- You earn $200.
Referral limits
- Up to 5 successful referrals per month per referrer.
- Both the referrer and the referee must complete identity verification before a referral can pay out.
- Only approved submissions count toward the 1-hour qualification threshold.
Referral bonuses are paid out alongside your regular earnings on the standard payout schedule.
Track your referrals
Your dashboard shows:- Your referral link and referrals used this month.
- The status of each invited friend (signed up, verified, qualified, paid).
- Referral bonuses in your earnings breakdown.
